Detailed Auto Pros × A.M. Consulting · summary for review. The signed engagement letter governs.

1. What this page is

This is a plain-language summary of the engagement terms between Detailed Auto Pros (“Client”) and A.M. Consulting, LLC (“Consultant”). It is for review only. Selecting a package on this site records your interest — it is not a binding order. The signed engagement letter and proposal are the governing agreement.

2. Scope

Consultant delivers the package the Client selects (Stop the Bleed, Recover Revenue, or Compounding Growth) as described in the proposal: missed-call text-back, lead capture, booking, reminders, review requests, reporting, and related automations at the chosen tier. Anything not enumerated in the signed agreement is out of scope and requires a written change order.

3. Fees & payment

Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer as shown on the packages page. Typically 50% of setup is due at signing and 50% at go-live, with the first retainer due at go-live. Card-on-file billing is handled via Clover. Carrier/per-message pass-through costs above plan limits are billed at cost plus 20%.

4. Term

A 90-day minimum retainer term begins at go-live, then continues month-to-month, cancellable by either party on 60 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration is filed; unused retainer is prorated on cancellation.

5. SMS compliance (TCPA)

Text messaging to consumers is governed by the TCPA and FCC rules. Missed-call text-back and transactional messages are sent under the consumer’s implied invitation; marketing to a past-customer list requires the Client’s representation that appropriate prior consent was obtained. Every message carries sender ID and opt-out handling (STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE honored). Consultant is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

6. Data & ownership

Client owns all customer, lead, and message data, the phone number, and the Clover account. Consultant owns the dashboard software, schemas, and templates, and licenses their use to Client during the term. Client may export its data at any time and on termination.

7. No guarantee of results

Recovered-revenue and lead figures are industry benchmarks, not guarantees. Actual results vary with call volume, lead quality, response time, pricing, and many factors outside Consultant’s control.

8. Governing law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are resolved by binding arbitration (JAMS) in Newark, NJ.
